Hi loves! Today I’m sharing one of my favourite healthy snacks! You may know them as energy balls, energy bites, bliss balls, date balls, etc. They are like the easiest snacks to make at home and my version only needs 5 ingredients (or less!) and contains some superfoods to give you that extra nutrition boost! In my recipe there are two outer coating options – crunchy roasted peanuts or coconut flakes! You can make either or both! Yay! I love to add the coating to give them some extra flavour or crunch and also so that the balls don’t stick to your fingers when you eat them. These energy balls can also easily be made raw if that’s what you prefer and are perfect to take to school or work as a healthy snack!
